and i play games like Counter Strike and Dota 2 with it

1.so should i turn lightboost on or off ?
and if i do turn it on , should i set the refresh rate to 120hz ?

2.and how should i turn lightboost on ? is it via nvidia control panel ?! where ?!

Solution
Lightboost becomes enabled when you enable stereoscopic 3D. This is what it was designed for.
Some people use it to reduce motion blur when not using 3D glasses. It causes the backlight turn off between frames.
If you want to do this, you will find instructions here:
http://www.blurbusters.com/zero-motion-blur/lightboost/

By enabling lightboost, the maximum refresh rate will become 120Hz.
Unless your computer can actually produce 120 frames per second reliably, you may get benefit from reducing the max refresh rate further.
You need to be well above 60 FPS for this to work well.

Nice work, picking the last comment in my post to criticise. Counter strike and DOTA 2 have very low requirements, so yes his frame rate will be high in these games. It doesn't mean it isn't worth pointing out that high frame rates are required for Lightboost to work well. Even at 120 Hz the flicker caused by Lightboost is distracting to many people.
You didn't bother to answer the OPs questions about how to enable Lightboost or what refresh rate to use, but I had already done that. Do you feel like you added anything of value to this post?
