Thank you for your response...As prit87 has righly stated, some of these parts are not available in india and this build will shoot a bit over my budget...Do you have any specific reason for choosing the h97 chipset motherboard? Also will there be a significant difference between the i5 4440 and the i5 4590?

Correction:
I chose the H97.

For gaming performance there isn't such a big difference between the i5-4440 and the i5-4590. Maybe the i5-4440 will perform about 5 or so less FPS in gaming.

Thank you for your response...Can you please give me a reason for choosing the h97 motherboard? I can not go above 50000, where would you recommend skimping upon? I dont want to skimp on my monitor at all...Also i will not be buying my components from flipkart, I will be buying it from a wholesaler at lamington Road, Mumbai so if you have an idea of how much cheaper stuff is over there, you could recommend alternatives accordingly...

i have given the h97 board because the price was low and you also want a SLI / CF capable board you can go with this board it will cost you less its an h87 board http://www.flipkart.com/msi-h87m-e35-motherboard/p/itmd...
where ever you buy the prices would be more or less the same flipkart was an estimate if you find better deal then of course go for that but dont compromise on few things like CPU,GPU,PSU .
This is a site for mumbai PC sore i am sure you will get around 1 or 2 k less that flipkart here .

What compromise should I make in order to make the build fit my budget?

either you have to buy a gpu like r7 250 to fit your budget which i would not recommend at all and 2nd get a i3 or fx 6300 processor .
if your budget was excluding the monitor then you would have a good build.

Here is my revised partlist.. Is it okay?http://pcpartpicker.com/user/blackhol3/saved/zZ6p99

have you match these prices in Indian online stores??
And get a 500 watt psu.

http://www.flipkart.com/intel-3-1-ghz-lga-1150-i5-4440-...
http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-b85-d3h-motherboard...

http://www.flipkart.com/wd-1-tb-black-desktop-internal-...
http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-r9-270x...

check this out according to your build only 5 parts will cost you 45000/- and you still need a monitor ,case keyboard , mouse ,speaker ,PSU and DVD writer. i will say minimum 20000 more .
