Currently, I have
AMD Athlon X2 260
Gigabyte M68MT-s2
AMD Raedon HD 6570
4 Gb RAM

I want to upgrade my system. I want to build a PC so it can play every new coming games with ease. But I can only upgrade one thing at a time and for that thing my budget is around $200. Please let me know what should I upgrade first and what should be a good rig for me.

Solution
I'd suggest you to save some more money and buy new motherboard + CPU at the same time. Because you can't really upgrade one at a time. You can't buy new motherboard that would be good with the new CPUs and put Athlon X2 260 on it. Just won't work...

So new MOBO+CPU first (AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor + Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 = 250$)
After that upgrade RAM to 2x4GB 1600MHz
Then your PSU (XFX 750W)
Finally graphics GTX770 or R9 280x

I am planning to stick with AMD. Which motherboard will you prefer? Is ASROCK 970 EX4 ok to proceed?
