OC Pentium G3258 or standad i3-4150?

Hi there, I am trying to decide on a new processor, as I am doing a total upgrade and I am currently trying to decide on either an OC Pentium G3258 or a non OC i3-4150 because as far as I am aware, the i3-4150 is not overclockable. Also, are there any other socket 1150 processors in this price range that would be better? Thanks. (Sorry for the typo in the title of standard!)

Just for the record here are the specs I am hoping for:
CPU: i3-4150 or Pentium G3258
Ram 8gb
GPU: GTX 460 super overclocked
Mobo: Not decided

Thanks for the info, do you reccomend the GTX 660 as it is quite expensive, but I will spend the extra dosh if it will be worth it in the long term. Also, how much would my gtx 460 super overclocked bottleneck the i3? If its not much then I will wait till the end of the year because its my bday and xmas. Thanks again.
