Monitor Arm that can overhang a pair of 12" speakers?

I wanted my dual monitor setup for such a long time, but sadly my old setup won't work with my new PC (1: 1600x900 20" ; 2: 1280x1024 17"). A friend I know has a pair of Acer Monitors (will supply a model number if needed) and a dual monitor arm. I'm worried that if i get this monitor arm, it wont support my 12" speakers (which sound fantastic btw). I was looking for a 22"-23" 1080p panel btw. Can anyone help?

So your asking if your unspecified monitor arm can hold your unspecified speakers while holding up unspecified monitors.
The question is a bit vague to say the least.

However, I have no reason to think that a monitor arm would support speaker mounting, simply because why would it? I reckon your going to have to DIY a solution if you want a setup like that. This video may be useful, skip to 2min for the relevant bit.
