After rebuilding my computer, everything works fine, but i can't enter BIOS settings.
I am using Windows 8.1
Is it software problem, or hardware?
Thanks in advance

It'd help if you could post your specs. Was this a brand new build with a new motherboard or was it a rebuild of just the OS with Win 8.1?

But without that info, the first guess I'd have is you may have fastboot enabled. Its a feature on Asus motherboards (when used with Win8) that basically lets the system bypass any of the bios options/settings/general crap and boot the OS ultra fast (Asus claims 2 second boots). The downside to the feature, if its been selected as active, you cant get in to the bios at all. If you want in to the bios, you have to disable it. From what I understand, the only way to disable it is to reset your bios. Your instruction manual will have detailed instructions on it but your basically switching a jumper for a second to reset the bios to factory default.

Hey, nrallakis!

My first guess was the same as @azaran's about the fast boot being enabled in your BIOS as well.
Another important thing to let us know is what kind of motherboard, because different motherboards require a different key to enter the BIOS, so make sure you are not pressing the wrong button.
Since you have a build, I would just reset the entire BIOS by disconnecting the CMOS battery on the motherboard and reconnecting it again.

Hope this helps you :)

Thank you for replying, i had enabled the fastboot setting and that's what prevented me from entering BIOS!
