New PC has stopped booting Windows

I have a new Microsoft PC. When I set it up it ran well and started Windows as normal. It now stops at the ASRock screen. I can get into the ASRock UEFI setup utility but can't seem to make it start Windows. Windows 7 Pro was pre-installed. HELP!
