There isn't much information, what actually happens to make it BSOD ? is it often? whats the error ?

This is a boot.ini issue, move files you wish to keep and fresh install windows, this will repair and fix the problem. Mark as solved.

If you are overclocking turn that off, might be drawing too much power or not be able to handle it. Also your psu isnt listed? what PSU do you use?

Could be ram, Try using one stick of ram, if nothing change stick, use the same slot, if nothing still move slots.
provide the bugcheck code or even better the actual memory .dmp file.
You can place it on a cloud share like google docs, media fire or one drive and people can take a quick look with the windows debugger and tell you why it bugchecked.
