I've just ordered these pc parts.
MB - ASUS A55BMK
CPU - AMD ATHLON II X4 760k 4 x 3.8ghz
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 4GB 1600mhz (i will add one more 4gb stick soon)
GPU - Gigabyte HD 7770 OC 1GB DDR5
PSU - Corsair VS450 450w
What do you guys think for this budget pc build ? Will it last for 1-2 years ?

If you are happy with the configuration I'll let you proceed. This is your computer but not mine. ;)

However if you read what I said, having it for 2 years may be hard. And you may only be limited to low, medium or if you are lucky high. :D
If you paid $150, it's a great configuration. If you paid $1,500, not so much. :)

Everything is relative to some other thing. In this instance, it's whether you got value for money. Since you didn't mention price, we can't really tell you if it is a good deal or not.

If you are into the gaming industry it will not do too well unless you upgrade the graphics card. Sorry to be frank here but it is the truth. But for 2 years the most most likely you will be laying low to medium and high (if you are lucky). But I could be wrong as I am mainly benchmarking with Battlefield 4.

The whole price is 350 US Dollars and i really dont want to play games on ultra. My monitor is 18,5 inch 1366x768. Ive been watching some benchmarks with this gpu on Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 3 on high and it gets arround 30-50 fps.
Battlefield 4 -
1080p PRESET Settings (VSYNC and AA OFF):
Low: 90 FPS
Medium: 60 FPS
High: 50 FPS
Ultra: 40 FPS

720p PRESET Settings (VSYNC and AA OFF):
Low: 100 FPS
Medium: 85 FPS
High: 67 FPS
Ultra: 50 FPS

But of course this is with i5 3570K
