I have a dx58so motherboard and I had this issue of getting RAM errors when I put more than 1 RAM sticks on it. previously I used 4x 2gb sticks and this RAM errors appeared and then I switched to 16GB (2 x 8GB) kingston hyper x modules and them also started to give random errors causing system instability. So i was 'forced' to use only a single 8GB module; now almost for 2 years.
recently, one of my friends bought the same cooler that i use,- cooler master hyper 212 plus, and he told me that he got RAM issues after fixing the cooler, and he resolved it by decreeing the screw tightness of the cooler.
So, yesterday, I unscrewed all the parts of my pc, and found that my cooler was screwed very tightly. and i unscrewed, and screwed it back, just tight enough to unscrew it back with my fingers.

surprisingly, i found my RAM issue is gone now; that both my RAM cards work without any problem. I stress tested my RAM using 'HeavyLoad' for 8 hours, and checked my RAM using memcheck 3 times, resulting no errors.

What could be happening here guys? and is there any tool that i can make sure my memory issues are 100% gone?

Solution
Memtest86. Install the iso to a DVD and set the BIOS to boot to DVD drive first. Or do it on a USB. LinuxLiveCDs also have a RAM checking tool. You were probably putting too much stress on the IMC and may have damaged it in some way( IMC = Integrated Memory Controller). glad its working for now.

It was memtest86 i was using for 3 times to check for errors. it reported no problems.

then it looks like your problem is solved.
