9400 gt overclocking

hey guys i got an "xfx nvidia 9400 gt 1gb" its prty old gpu....but i came across something called as a "pencil mod" i heared it lets me clock my card to more speeds....so can any one guide me through it...plez

I had an old 9500GT. As bad as this sounds overclocking will get you almost no where, cards at this performance level simply do not have enough cores and therefore even if you overclock it by 100% on the core and memory the difference in game will be negligible. I'd save time and effort and buy a new GPU if you can.
