My computer wont turn on unless i reset it ultiple times

Hello everyone. I have a problem with my PC ( WIndows XP) basically when i try too turn on the PC it freezes on the loading of Windows XP loading and then afterwards i must restart it multiple times too make it work believe me or not i once spent about 25 minutes just trying too turn it on.

So my problem is simple : I turn it on it freezes on the loading screen and i have too restart it a lot off times too make it work.

Enter into safe mode with internet, then get a great cheap(free) antivirus and scan your computer... use malwarebytes and download Panda Cloud Cleaner portable version. Wile they scan clean your pc and turn any of the startup programs that appear on your task manager. That should fix everything up... if that help you could download ccleaner and clean the entier pc junks and remove any broken files that your pc have(alternative to ccleaner use Advance System Care)
