Beeping during sleep mode Windows 7

I recently tried to schedule my computer to sleep at certain times and wake up a certain times. But there is this beep that occurs when its sleeping like *Beep* (2 secs later) *Beep* etc... Please help me its annoying as hell especially when its in your bedroom!!

P.S The motherboard and CPU are fine plus it's not a laptop its a tower.

Windows 7 has a wired issue where it doesn't recognise it is sleeping when in auto sleep mode try sleeping it manually or if you need it to do it automatically try repairing your install of windows 7 / updating it
