Asus K55VM-SX086D - Can i buy this or not - need latest review about the heating issue and shut down please!!!

I am planning to buy this machine - Asus K55VM-SX086D - But when i went through the net - the configs were praised ...BUT.... many people have reported the frequent system shut down due to over heating. Can someone please help me on the latest reviews and latest user experiences since the posts were from 2012....

You don't know much about how reviews work, do you? Professional reviewers review stuff when they're new, not almost 2 years after they have been launched. After this long a time, all you can hope for is the uninformed opinions of the buying public that barely rise above the level of being able to walk and chew gum at the same time.

This Google search links you to more reviews, mostly in India as well, which makes me wonder if this laptop was specifically targeted towards that region or if it is now starting to make an appearance there since in the EU it has been surpassed with more recent models.

Thanks Dude!! But, take a couple of minutes to understand what is being asked. I wanna know if anyone had got this laptop recently and would like to know their comments on it.

Coz' all the comments that i read about this overheating and shutting down stuffs were from 2012.

And yea...i do know about professional reviewers..my question is not about any professional review, but the latest user reviews.

Guess that explains my question here.
