If you don't want to read the whole thing just skip to the questions part.

So, I've just got my first custom PC assembled. it was frustrating at some parts and took a long time but i think I've finally got everything in place.

Before you ask, here are the parts.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/86Hfxr

*note* the motherboard is actually GA-990XA not 990FXA but couldn't find it on PPP.
and my PSU is ThermalTake Smart SE 630W 80+ bronze. which i also couldn't find on this website.
One more thing, the Ram i got is Fury HyperX the blue one, 2x4 GB sticks.

After i got everything in place. i pressed the power button expecting to hear a "Ishhhh" or a "bzzzttttt" or just a big explosion. but it went alright.
Well, not completely alright. i just get nothing on my monitor. it is blank black.
I forgot to install the POST speaker thingy. so i switched off the PSU. emptied the remaining power by pressing the Power Switch and plugged in the Speaker.

on the next boot. i heard a Long beep, then two short ones. with some googling, it turns out this means i have a problem with my graphics card. so i just unplugged and plugged the two 6 pin cables and started the PC again.
1 Long beep, and three short beeps.... Ugh... took the ram out and re installed it.
Booting again. and..... Nope. no beeps. nothing at all. don't know what happened.
Don't tell me there is something wrong with the Motherboard because i'm sure it is functioning well.

here are my questions simplified:

1- Should i use the 6 pin to molex cables that came with the Sapphire to power it up instead of the 6 pin to 6 pin cables that came with the PSU?
What about using one molex and one 6 pin to 6 pin? or would that be destructive :D ?

2- Does it matter where do i plug the 6 pin into the PSU? i have 4 slots, i just put it in any of them and said Yolo loudly.

3- My Cooler Master HSF spins for 1 second then stops spinning, after 10 seconds it starts spinning again is this normal? btw it sometimes doesn't spin at all after it stops.

4- I've connected the HSF to the Sys_Fan1 header instead of CPU_Fan and it solved the problem, is this okay or am i going to watch my house burn soon?

5- the sapphire's fans only spin after 5 seconds from booting.

6- is there is a way to fix the monitor not showing up any information problem? should i press anything on the keyboard after i hear the beep to make anything show up?

I've tried everything in that weird list you guys post everywhere, and nope. nothing changed.

Thanks in advance for help, i'm pretty confused and frustrated now. i hope that i haven't broke anything already. (I've been discharging myself by touching the PSU which is connected to the wall but switched off)

-never use molex to pci ex if you can avoid them.
-use the proper pci ex power cables of the psu. check the psu manual for which one to use.
-replug everything in case something isn't seated right.

do you have another graphics card to test with?

If the fans are spinning it doesn't necessarily mean the card works.

Well, i can't test with another card.
If the card isn't working, can this be the reason behind the monitor not showing up anything? or can the BIOS run without the GPU?
