Hello
I Like To Ask if my new RAM will be compatible or not ....
I have 2gb DDR3 RAM Frequency 667MHZ (Maybe see attached pic please ) now ill add 2 gb more if i dont find any matching frequency ram and had to settle with 1333mhz frequency RAM will it be any conflict issue if i use mismatch frequency ram i heard there is cpu restart issue please help me

Buying matched sticks is always recommended. Having said that, you can always try adding a non-matched stick and seeing if it works.

The speed indicated by CPU-Z is in fact 1333 MHz - you have to multipy it's reading by 2, i.e. 667 x 2 = 1333 MHz effective.

The model # for the above stick is a 1333, and mixing may or may not work. Might need timing/voltage adjustments...give them a try, if any problems let us know and we can make an adjustment or two

No you can't mix DDR2 and DDR3, and mixing stick from different packages can be and often is problematic
