Nice picture but it doesn't speak much to specs.

Is the MoBo an ATX Motherboard (95% are)
Does the Case fit ATX Motherboards (95% are)

Based upon the image link having 450D in it, I looked up the 450D on newegg
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

It says:

Micro ATX / ATX / Mini ITX / E-ATX

If this is your MoBo ....

http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

which says

Form Factor ATX

So ATX matches ATX, you're good to go.

Motherboards and cases conform to industry standard form-factors. Motherboard conform for specific hole alignment form-factors for attaching to a case's motherboard tray. The three most common form-factors are Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX. Any particular case will house at least one form-factor of motherboard and many will house two, if not all three, of the most common motherboard form-factors.

So, identify the form-factor of your motherboard (looks to be ATX) and then check the specs of your new case to see if it will accept an ATX motherboard.
