Completed building my pc.anything bottlenecks in this pc?

Finally I've complete building my first PC. And can you guys say me if anything bottle necks in my PC? And how's this rig for 1366X768 gaming?
MY SPECS ARE:-
INTEL i5 3450 3.1GHZ Turbo boosted 3.5GHZ.with Hyperthreading
GPU: GALAXY NVIDIA GTX 650TI 1GB GDDR5.
RAM:Transcend JetRam 1600Mhz 8GB RAM.
PSU: Corsair VS550 550 WATTS SMPS
MOBO:-GIGABYTE GA-H77M-D3H.
Monitor:AOc 18.5 inch 1366x728

So can anything can be bottlenecked in this and can it play watch dogs on 768p on high settings.help would be greatly appreciated

Most people don't consider bouncing around in the 30s with dips into the 20s playable. Your rig probably locks it at 60fps at a mix of medium and high. That is what this system can comfortably play.

But I can play BF4 on 768p in almost ultra settings with min 29-avg34-35 max -43+ fps
