Solution
one thing to look at also after you defrag the drive in windows go look at the event viewer and see if there are any disk errors I got drives that pass these tests firth up to the point they really failed I knew the disks were going bad but them tests showed good

a hard drive should be near 100% silent as if it was not even there now heres the thing your drive may last 10 more years or it may last 10 more minutes that's your call .. I'm not there for a hands on so all I can do is guess at what you got going on

Sounds like your HDD is getting ready to fail. Go to the Seagate website and download Sea Tools for Windows and run a health check on it. I'd also recommend backing up your files in case it fails.

I did some test
SMART check:
http://prntscr.com/4jmnis
Short Drive Self Test:
http://prntscr.com/4jmo4w
short Generic:
http://prntscr.com/4jmpeh

please tell me what test should i do next

Try the long tests also.

If it's a mechanical fault, the tests may not catch it, although they usually will. Strange noises from a hard drive are a pretty good indicator of a mechanical fault regardless of software tests. Definitely back it up - if it's under warranty, request an RMA. If it's not under warranty, you can keep using it if you want, but you should be prepared for it to fail without notice.
