Sparkle when i touch HDMI port or DVI port

what can couse sparkle when i touch the back of the GPU with HDMI or DVI cable? everything is working normaly but when i try to connect i see little sparkles when i touch the HDMI or DVI Port with cable

It sounds like you may have a short somewhere in your GPU wiring. Take a look (while powered off) for any loose connections. Also, I wouldn't recommend connecting when powered up, even if it's supposed to be hot-swappable.

wires are ok i checked that everything is solid i didnt know that i must turn off PC before i plug in something but i did notice that its not sparking when im putting something in port while its turned off will check again but i think that everything is OK with the wires

HDMI is supposed to be hot-swap capable. If you look at the pins, some of them are slightly longer than the others - those are the ground pins and are supposed to make contact first. Problem is that cable quality can vary greatly and sometimes wear-and-tear can cause the initial contact to be other than as designed. Other USB and mic/earphone connections, it's safer to just connect when the system is powered down.
