Does the internal SD port connect to usb-3 or usb-2? I'm a newbie but I'm hoping it would connect to a usb-3 on the mobo. If not, is there a reliable SD usb-3 reader that I could connect in one of the bays that any of you could recommend?

I think USB 3, if it doesn't fit, use USB 2 :)

USB 2 is just too slow I think. I just got off tech support with NZXT and they said it's only usb-2

You can get a USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 adpater if that helps

That sounds great. Would that mean that I could use the adapter internally on the usb-2 cable from the internal sd drive and connect it to the usb-3 port on the mobo to get full usb-3 speeds?
