After a long time of arguing what to get and what not to get,I have made my build.
Here it is:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/csYcBm
Now,I have a Thermaltake Smart SE 630W PSU and an ASUS M5A99X EVO.
IS THE THERMALTAKE PSU GOING TO BE ENOUGH?
When I was applying Thermal Paste onto the CPU,I don't know how I did it,but some of the paste got inside the CPU socket and on the bottom of the CPU pins.I cleaned most of it,but there's still little left.Everything is working fine now,but I'm afraid that everything will die pretty soon.
Should I worry about this? I can get an ASUS M5A97 R2.0 for the FX-8350 if needed, but note that I don't want to OC..
Also, can the Seasonic and the Thermaltake fit into the Thermaltake Versa II?
Thanks in advance. :)

That thermaltake can handle it. Although it's getting close, I would think about upgrading to something by seasonic, corsair (avoid CX series), Rosewill etc.

Power supplies are universal in W x H The only concern would be Length, but it's a standard size. It will fit.

With the thermal paste, as long as you cleaned it good with some 99% Isopropyl Alcohol or something similar , and are sure the pins are cleaned. You're golden. Thermal Paste isn't electrically conductive anyways so don't worry.

I cleaned it 70% alcohol and Q-tips. :p
Both PSUs will fit?
I can get a Seasonic S12II Bronze 620W if it's needed.
Is the M5A97 R2.0 gonna work with the FX-8350 without a BIOS update? I will get if it will and if my M5A99X EVO dies. :)

It should run fine without bios updating.
You can hold onto your power supply as is now, It will get the job done. Don't bother spending more money than necessary :)
8350 is plug and play with your EVO

Yup, no problems with fitment :)  And Your EVO board is nicer than that r2.0. Keep the EVO as long as possible, and with a board by Asus.. I wouldn't expect it to die anytime soon :D
