I have installed all drivers for my motherboard,
My system is
Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz 38 °C
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (8-8-8-24)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H61-M LX3 R2.0 (LGA1155) 35 °C
Graphics
DELL IN2030M (1600x900@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics (ASUStek Computer Inc)

I think that for my monitors native resolution (1600x900@60Hz) The display is big ( Windows, Caption button , Icons , Start Menu size )
It should be like in this Video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8sitqJJu4xk
( I have seen numerous videos in which people have this kind of display )

A forum remember told me that , they might have bigger display ,

But I used to have display settings like that .

Here are some screenshots

I guess #k1114 Is right , Those people have higher native resolution.

Please post your screenshots IF possible !

again I just think that for my resolution ( 1600x900) my display is bigger, ( bigger windows, Caption buttons, Start menu and so on )

I just want to conform that its normal.

Your display looks perfectly normal to me. I compared your screenshot to my desktop (with the start button in the image sized to match the start button on my screen) and it seems to line up pretty well, with the expected gaps at the side and top being in line with what you'd expected when comparing a 1600 x 900 display to a 1920 x 1080 display. So yes, everything is normal with your display.
