You should not need to update the BIOS for that CPU to work; they should work together fine. That CPU has worked with the board essentially since day 1.

I bought both of them, but when I try to boot, it just appears a black screen with a static cursor on the top left corner. My IT made a jump on the bios and it booted normally, but when you reboot it comes back to the same black screen... So, he told me the board was the problem because i tried the cpu on another computer and they worked great, also the rams... I called to the salesman, for warranty issues, and he told me that I would need to update the bios of that motherboard. So I don't know be cause I need to pay and extra amount.

The Intel H81 Express chipset is a single-chipset design that supports socket LGA1150 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3/Pentium®/Celeron® processors with no bios update if the board is giving you problems them tell the salesman to replace it or fix the problem he must do it without any cost.
And can you give the full PC specs?

Well, the CPU should definitely work with that motherboard, so the question is, what could be the issue? Difficult to say, based on what you've said.

When you say it boots to a black screen, does anything come up on the screen before you get to the black screen? For instance a 'splash screen' with an ASUS logo that tells you which button to press to enter the BIOS? Do you know what your "IT" did, to get you access to the BIOS?

You need to set your primary hard drive (the one that has your OS installed) at the top of the boot priority list at bios.

Right now I'm just plugging the motherboard (ASUS H81M-C), the cpu (Intel core i5 4440), and the rams (Corsair vengeance 2x4gb 1600). Oh, and a power supply EVGA 600W 80+ Bronze. I tested any of the other parts (Ram, procesor) on a different PC and they worked sweet.

then replace the board and if possible tell them to exchange the h81 board with h87.

About the black screen issue, you press the power button and the inner speaker makes the "veep" like when everything is in order. And inmediately appears this: http://i.imgur.com/Nc2PicN.jpg
Black screen, cursor static (no active), no splash screen, no asus logo, no options given on screen, nothing.

And what my very-experienced-on-pc-does-that-for-living friend did was basically, taking off the battery on the bios, made a "bridge" touching both positive and negative pings with a screwdriver for 4/5 seconds, and plugged the battery in again. He told this "resets" the bios to its default settings. And when he did that, the PC booted normally with asus logo and stuff... Once you reboot the pc, it comes back again with the image I showed you above. So, in order to work fine, I should make that bridge process everytime I turn on the PC.

Thanks for the detailed description. Very strange indeed. Try testing it with only one RAM stick in (try both, first one stick, then the other, and testing them in both slots), and see if there's any change.

Seeing as your friend could get the BIOS up and running, well it's unlikely, but it may be that the motherboard is automatically applying some setting, during the initial startup, that is causing this issue on any future startups, and that it may be possible to correct/alter the issue in the BIOS during the first startup after using the bridging the trick. But that seems like a real longshot, and potentially a needle in a haystack kind of task, if that even is the issue at hand.

Honestly, I'd be tempted to just follow prit87's advice and try to return the motherboard, as I agree with your friend that it certainly sounds like a motherboard issue. You really shouldn't be having these issues.
