The first one you posted is better, the boards are about the same the quality and they seem to work or they don't and you RMA. This isn't a bad deal for $159

UATX is the same as MicroATX so just about any Case within the last 15 years will work, here is a few I have built around as I try to find cases under $50.

Yes but those cases don't have great airflow and will not accept larger GPU'S unless your willing to do a little chopping. I would suggest replacing the Front case fan to something with more CFM as well. I reused a p6777c which is pretty much the same thing but all black for my sons Mincraft PC.

I completely agree. The inside of the case is very cramped. Could barely fit my HIS Radeon 6670. I also upgraded the PSU to a Dynex 300 watt. Which one is better for lite gaming and heavy downloading?

Could you also recommend a good Micro ATX/Mid ATX tower with good airflow?
