Hello! I have an issue that is seemingly common but any of the solutions I've tried hadn't worked - even the ones suggested in other topics. I apologize if this is in the wrong category, but I figured it's just as much networking related as phones. Feel free to move the thread if it's in the wrong place.
Anyway, the issue I'm having is the authentication problem. It'll continue to try to connect then say it either has an authentication problem or it'll infinitely try to get the IP address. Now, I know I have the right password. It works on other devices with it typed in the same way, plus when you put in the wrong password it'll straight out tell you that you've done that. I have also tried putting it into airplane mode and trying to force a connection. That didn't work either, otherwise I wouldn't be here posting!
The twist to this problem is that this is a work connection. It is allowed to be connected, but it's also attached to a Watchdog router so my resources there are very limited. I can probably reset it but it would have to be either after hours or late in the evening. I should also note that this has been a problem on two different laptops as well.
Hopefully I've given enough information to get some kind of advice, as it would be he greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
