Creating a Drive from a Disk

Well, folks, I did a bit of a boo boo and can't figure out the issue and I'm almost certain the central problem is that I don't know enough about what I am doing to properly format the question for Google. I have include a screen shot of the Disk Management page. I just cloned my HDD to an SSD and in the process of re-formatting the old ITB hard drive so I can use it for data storage, I somehow manage to delete the disk from the top panel and all I need to know is what I have to do to get Disk 1 back into the top panel and make it a drive once more. Thank you in advance for your help.
