So ive decided to buy this setup:
CPU: FX-8320
GPU: Asus R9 280
Mobo: Asus M5A97 Evo R2
RAM: 8GB crucial balistic
HDD: WD Blue 1tb
CPU Cooler: CM 212 Hyper Evo
Case: Bitfenix Shinobi
PSU: XFX 550 core 80+
And 3 Additional case fans

Would this work well? Is there anything i need to pay attention?

I would make sure the ram is on the motherboard support list.

It sucks playing the blame game between the mobo and the ram company when you need to RMA due to a bad ram slot.

You mean does the mobo support specific brand or ram speed? Those sticks are 1600mhz

If the ram is 1600mhz, it will be fine, no problems, should be looking at high/ultra on most games 1080p

Sweet! This is going to be my first build and i want to make sure everything works, because i have heard allkind of problems that people have eg with motherboards, BIOS etc. So this is just build and play? (and install os +drivers ofc)

As far as memory list, I was refering to the sepcific list the motherboard OEM lists on their website.

Most any 1600mhz ram stick will work, but if you use one from their list the motherboard OEM cant try to play of the game of saying the mobo is not bad, its because the ram is not supported.
