Please recommend power supply for my build

I don't want to get more or less power than is optimal, so any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm still on the fence about regular or modular too.

My Build:
case: NZXT Phantom 630..I think it has 3
fans
proc: Intel i5-4690
drive: Samsung 840 Pro SSD
mobo: MSI Z97 U3 Plus
card: MSI N660 TF 2GD5
optical: ASUS DRW-24B
ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB

if you want exact power for your system no less and no more than required then go with a 450 watt psu perfect for your card and system.
