I have this currently: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/Qm3cgs

I was wondering if I should switch out the H110 for a different AIO water cooler. Would you recommend I do so? Which other AIO would you say would work in the C70 in terms of best cooling performance?
And does the C70 have enough clearance without removing a HDD cage to fit the Asus 780ti?

Hi,

1) The liquid cooler is fine, but personally I'd get the Noctua NH-U14s air cooler, then run the i7 using the XMP setting which would likely be about 4.4GHz. The Noctua would be silent in idle and barely audible under load so quieter than the H100, and no potential cooler failures to worry about.

Pumps in coolers have a chance of failure, but the Noctua is likely to be working ten years from now (I even gamed without the fan).

2) Clearance: not an issue. Even with the fan on the HDD bay there is 12" clearance (card width).

3) *I recommend waiting for a GTX880/980 4GB. Might even be out this month and compare to the Asus GTX780Ti but cost less, with an extra 1GB of memory and may have other slight benefits.

H.265 encoder? 4K support? Really quiet? Zero noise in idle?

I echo photonboy with going with air... fewer moving parts that can break (fans vs AIO -pump, hoses, fans, rad leaks, worrying about kill coils and cleaning/filling)
