This is either a software error or memory error. 2GB may run windows 7 but with out enough RAM to properly control the data between your system and GPU you can get alot of lockups and Bluescreens. Is your game DX11 capable, if so try running it on DX9, and also try some other games.

try updating your drivers, temperatures are fine.
if drivers arent the problem...
try also changing u ram memory from slots. and try changing that thermal stuff on the processor. xD

Update 2:

I tried doing that but there's no change whatsoever i tried thinking about several problems that could lead to this issue and i came up with this if anyone could give me their opinion that would be great because this is driving me insane

1.Monitor i know i may sound stupid but before this 21.5 inch monitor i had 2 smaller monitors and i could run games just fine
2.Computer fan is going to die?
3.Like xibyth said the ram issue
4.nvidia drivers (i heard that newer nvidia drivers cause a lot of freezes)

Admirable
Delete all graphics drivers and reinstall the latest ones from nVidia's own website.
Try reseating your graphics card.
Change RAM slots. If possible upgrade to 4GB of RAM. Windows 7 uses 2GB for itself and therefore you're left with page file for games, not a good situation.
Try using DX9.
Check power supply for issues. 12V rail should not be any more than 12.2V or less than 11.8V.
