broken please help

My friend hit my keyboard a bunch of times while i was playing gta iv this is was happens now EVERYTIME i try and open a program: http://gyazo.com/7f773ca55d6146f57755e9e75cc87887 (cant do a system restore because that pops up) please help

Try booting into safe mode (press and hold F8 key during POST). If you can get in via safe mode, you try a system restore.

Question 1 Do you use any thing called FileZilla.

Question 2 Are any of your key's sticking.Mine tend to stick and i have too hit it to unstick.

If you are not using any program called FileZilla i would recommend on doing a malware scan.To make sure there are no virus or malware on system.In safe mode.

Is your system doing any other crazy stuff.

filezillia is a legit program it happens to everyfile you open ill try booting into safgemode

did it myself had to do a system restore, luckily it failed and i kept my files and reset whatever happened

Not sure what you mean by failed? A successful restore won't affect your files like a refresh or reinstall will. It just resets your settings.
