I want to buy this board (Gigabyte Z87X-OC Force Intel Z87 (Socket 1150)) but I'm not sure if it will really enable PCI (2 way sli 16x 16x) and (3 ways sli 16x 16x 8x) for my 3 or 2 way SLI.

That MB can support:
1XGPU x16
2X GPU x16/x16
3XGPU x16/x8/x8
4XGPU x8/x8/x8/x8

More info check the manual.

Yes, it is the right one, and it does look like cheaper, because from amazon uk, the price is the £174.88.

Also if you have the 4th gen cpu I recommend to buy the Z97, like Gigabyte Z97X-SOC FORCE http://www.ebuyer.com/659662-gigabyte-ga-z97x-soc-force...

The one you mentioned in a link... Does it support 2 way SLI (16x 16x), 3 way SLI (16x 8x 8x) and 4-way SLI (8x 8x 8x 8x)? Advantages, disadvantages?

From info here, it only supports 2-way SLI. I can't just leave my 3rd 780 TI unused.

My processor is: i7 4790K (not overclocked)

For Z97 motherboard, you can upgrade the intel new haswell-e cpu, and better ocing on the i7, newer version MB.

Because you have the i7 4790k, it will be better to get the Z97, but 1) you will use the 3X 780ti, most of Z97 only support at x8x4x4 in 3-way GPUs. 2) maybe the budget. So just get the Z87X-OC Force.

Thank you, I bought the cheaper one and I think I made the right choice since I still currently got 2x 780 TI in SLI and each one is 16x PCI-E. Pretty fast, and I also got 3784 score in Heaven Benchmark with ultra settings (tessellation naturally turned on) with 1920*1080 resolution.
