No. The APU is a bad choice since you are pairing it with a discrete GPU so you don't need the IGP so an FX series or i3/i5 would be a better pick. Whats your budget and where can you get stuff from?

I have about 300/350€, and I'm not going to build this pc by myself, it's a second hand offer.

In that case your question is poorly posed. The question shouldn't be "Is this a good PC for the latest games?" but instead "Is this PC a good deal for 300/350€". The answer to the first question is no, the answer to the second question is yes since a 270 goes for about 150. If it comes with an OS then you are getting good value for your money, it won't do fantastically at games due to the weaker CPU but for that price you won't get much better.
