Okay. So I've recently been helping my friend fix his PC. He upgraded graphics card to a 770 and tried running it on a 350W psu that comes with one of those pre-built over-priced **** 
I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. After taking him out to get a new power supply (cx600) and case because there was no way it would fit in the old case..
He literally cut out like 2cm of metal in the old case to make it fit before he asked for help, when I saw it I face palmed.
I helped him reassemble his computer because when he did it, it wouldn't power on, anyway, I managed to get power to the computer without the gpu inside. Let it run for a bit, turned it off, put the gpu in, plugged it all in, switched on again, 2 green lights on the gpu so I thought, yay success. We hook it up to a monitor.

It won't let me press ESC and doesn't do nothing afterwards apart from the monitor going to sleep, suggestions?
