Should I downgrade my PC?

Hello,

So I've got an intel i7 4770k OC'd to 4.5Ghz @1.210v. Gtx 780, 8gb 2400mhz ram, 120gb Kingston hyper 3k ssd, 320gb Hdd and 2*500gb (RAID 0). Msi g45 mobo and inwin grime grey full tower

Now I was wondering whether to downgrade? I don't utilise the i7 as I don't edit as much as I used to. Don't utilise the gtx 780 as I don't play games as much as I used to, I play arma 2/ Dayz, gmod, payday 2, ets 2 and that's about it.

Is it worth selling the pc? And maybe get an mini itx? (More portability, I can go to my friends house with it and use it as a media system. Now I would like to get a case like an Xbox (sort of slim so it fits on my desk. Overclockers uk has them).

Now I was wondering if anyone could make me an two different builds for about £600-800 mini itx. And give opinions on what I should do? Should I keep my current pc or sell it to someone who will use it?

Thanks

1) Seems a shame to downgrade.

2) Mobility: would you really use that enough to justify selling a lot of parts and buying new ones?

3) MEDIA:
There are better options such as getting an inexpensive WDTV LIVE or similar depending on your needs. A $70 to $100 media box with perhaps an addon hard drive to watch stored videos + Netflix on an HDTV is a great way to go.

For basic media portability you can get a cheap laptop as well. Heck, for gaming why not get a PS4 if you want to carry it around.

Note that some WD boxes no longer support Netflix.

Summary:
I'm really not sure what to tell you as ultimately it's your decision. I personally would just keep it as is.
