Assigning Tasks to Separate GPUs

I commonly do several things at once on my PC. Often times there will be a video (or two) playing while I am playing a game. I'm wondering if there is a resource, software or otherwise, that allows me to assign specific processes to specific GPUs. I realize GPUs are designed to multitask and that I'm really dependent more on the power of my CPU when I'm doing such things, however, I'm curious to know if, having two separate GPUs, not SLI or Crossfire (though both nVidia), there's a solution to, for example, assign the game's process(es) to my "beast" card and the videos' processes to the lower-end card.
