So i am settled with 4.4ghz @ 1.280v which seems higher than the average.

I tried 4.5ghz @ 1.3 and it wasnt stable as it crashed immediately with prime 95.

Does this mean that i got a chip which the highest clock speed that it gets up to is 4.4 ?

Thanks.

EDIT - I also forgot to mention that with my current overclock 4.4 @ 1.280 , tems jump to 100 when i stretch test but never gets to 85 or more during high intensive gaming.

I would suggest testing with something more relevant to today's processors such as RoG Real Bench. With the multitude of instruction sets in today's CPUs, you can be P95 stable and fail under multitasking situations...your CPU will also get ridiculously hot to an extent not anywhere near possible using non synthetic benchmarks.

I haven't seen 65C in gaming and RoG Bench tops me out at 74C .... I'm using a 4770k at 4.6 GHz w/ 46 cache / 1.385 volts. I also have amore modest 4.5 Ghz boot setting at 1.318 volts.

If you can stay under a max temp of 80C under RoG Real bench, I'd say you were just fine.
