i5 4670 Mhz specified on box compared with cpu-z

I just opened cpu-z and noticed that my core CPU speed is ranging from 3.5 - 3.7 Mhz but my cpu is only 3.4 Mhz. I know this is a good thing but reasons as to why this is happening and if I boost it even more even though my version isn't K version
