I've seen many people hit ~4.5-4.6ghz on stock voltage (think stock is 1.31??). Overclocks very nicely, and you will do very well with temp with that H55.
Be sure to stress of course for atleast 5-6hours on Prime: http://www.overclock.net/t/137251/prime95

Heat's going to be your limiting factor for OC, be better off w/ a Hyper 212 EVO, takes about a H100 to top it
