Ah yes that's what you mean, go with the H55 i've heard its quite good, however I have never heard of the Icy Vision just make sure it is all compatible and your case is big enough etc. you should be sweet

Sorry, I didn't post enough info. Anyway to make it short. I bought this abroad, came back to my country, benchmarked it. Bad temps bad fans too loud. Read this news http://videocardz.com/48592/gigabyte-halts-radeon-r9-290x-windforce-production-due-design-flaw, I can't RMA it till next year since it will be too costly to send it on a trip back to the country of origin. The cost would 200USD, id rather spend money on a watercooling bracket by NZXT+a corsair h55 which would be less than a 100 USD
EDIT: Or the GELID Icy Vision Rev 2

I've asked tons of sources already, even NZXT on reddit. They said I would be fine. Pulling the trigger tomorrow. Thanks again, man!
