Try booting with only 1 stick of ram first and reset the bios. Report back afterwards !

Because I have no signal from my graphics card I couldnt enter the bios. So I removed the cmos battery and discharged the machine put it back in and I still get no signal. I tried both the sticks of ram..

Don't connect the VGA/HDMI to your Card instead plug into your motherboard and see if that helps

Alright , try booting with only one stick of ram in the slot further away from the CPU , if that didn't work try the old ram , if it works then your new RAM might be faulty

I tried both sets of ram with different variations. Tried them in the furthest away from the CPU then tried them in the closest to the cpu. One of the older ram sticks tried to boot and showed the bios but didn't make it to the bios screen it froze..

Its really hard to diagnose with these vague information but it has to do something with the RAM or Mobo . Try mem test.

Try to look at this : http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/amibeep.htm#

Or Disconnect the PSU power cord, press the power button for a few seconds, and try clearing CMOS by shorting the CLR_CMOS pins with a metal object like a screwdriver.

Sometimes the battery removal doesn't do everything.

When I put the new RAM into the computer everything worked great for a long while...I was talking on teamspeak and the screen went black and made a buzz sound in my headset and it just stopped so I done a i shut down the computer manually and my computer won't even boot to the bios screen.

The RAM can't be stable , Have you overclocked the CPU as well ?

I didn't overclock at all. I know that my CPU uses its turbo clock from 3.5ghz to 4.1ghz when it needs the extra power.
