Hello, I am planning to upgrade my GPU soon. However, I don't know if my PSU can withhold the upgrade. Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD A8-6500 Quad core (3.5Ghz)
Mobo: MSI MS 7778 (Jasmine)
PSU: Corsair CX600 600w 80 plus bronze
GPU: nVidia 750Ti
HD: 2TB
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 8.1 64bit

Would a GPU make a significant difference in FPS or would I be better in upgrading the CPU?

you're going to be cpu bound where you're cpu bound. but the graphics card (750) will make the biggest impact. buy the card. yes, you will get more fps. ps is big enough.

A pc with a GTX 750Ti init only needs 400W to run it. Even your Corsair 600W should be able to run your PC OK. They aren't real good quality.

I want to change my 750ti to a GTX 760, but I am unsure if my 600w is capable.

The difference is in the quality of the power supply. See http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...

In two years, the CX600 (tier three) will no longer be capable of putting out 600W. Its voltages won't be accurate and there'll be ripple in them. Not so with Seasonic (tier one)

Interesting, I think I'll look into that inevitably. But i'm wondering do I have enough power with the 600w or 620w for the GTX 760.

You need at least 500W.

I kinda already knew that, but with all of those parts is that enough or....not?
