Galaxy GTX 750ti 2GB for 240w PSU?

Hey guys, I need a little help here. I just this awesome low profile graphics card from Galaxy. It's a LP GTX 750TI and its 2GB. Just want to ask, is it possible to install this on a 240w PSU? I currently have a Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 Low profile, and its working flawlessly.

hello i also want this card GALAXY GeForce GTX 750 Ti GC Slim 2 GB GDDR5 and i have i5 2400 cpu 4gb ram 1 dvd drive
my cpu is slim one does it fix into it
and i have 250 watt psu does it work with it
