Solution
Any Haswell-E processor is more than overkill for any sort of gaming, and the performance gains are so marginal as to be not worth it. If you do heavy video editing or other work where having 6 cores is valuable, then it might make sense. Other than that, the PSU is probably iffy at best on running everything with two R9 290s in a crossfire configuration. Among other things, no matter what their reputation, I wouldn't really trust someone else to OC a system for you. Stable OCs can be extremely finicky, and what is stable at their test facility or assembly location or whatever may not be in your environment. I really am not fond of using RAID setups in gaming computers unless you personally know what you're doing, otherwise you're just...

I really am not fond of using RAID setups in gaming computers unless you personally know what you're doing, otherwise you're just paying for extra hard drives that do magic stuff according to advertising or a guy or whatever, and when something fails you're left holding the bag. The hard drive coolers are pretty much waste money, since unless you're running a serious storage setup, you're not very likely to hit the point where hard drive heat is a real issue for the system.

In reality, for 1080p, you can probably scale back to an i5-4690(k), keep the R9 290, drop the RAID 1 configuration, and save a ton of cash in the process while still maxing out BF4 at 60fps.

Tell us what you want to do with your PC, where you`re buying from (location not store), and your budget.
The build you postes is decent, but I really think it`s overkill for what you need, and I have a feeling it`s massively overpriced.
