I have Asus Maximus VII Formula and it has HDMI and Displayport.

My old monitor has only VGA port..

My main monitor is connected to my graphics card, so I planned to use my old monitor with integrated graphics (i7-4790k).

Are there VGA to HDMI or to Displayport?

Please help me with connecting VGA port to HDMI or Displayport..

Two things here:

First of all, you can't actually run one monitor off of your integrated graphics and another off of your video card. Your integrated graphics are automatically disabled whenever you are using a video card, and even if you could run both simultaneously, the drivers wouldn't likely cooperate.

Second, check if your video card has a DVI-I (as opposed to DVI-D). Many video cards still do, and a DVI-I has an embedded analog signal which can be extracted using a pretty cheap adapter.

If everything else on your video card is purely digital, then you'll have to find a specialized adapter. Converting between analog and digital signals requires special electronics, and the quality you get will be purely based on the adapter. On...

On the other hand, a DVI-I to VGA adapter is nothing more than a glorified hunk of wires, since DVI-I preserves an analog signal.
