Your PSU is tier 2.. bad quality

Here is cheaper and better option http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750snlb...

I would also buy Arc midi R2 case because of better airflow and would buy noctua nh-d15 cooler for better overclock :)

Don't confuse him. The PSU is untiered if I am not mistaken according to the PSU tier list.

You are mistaken. PSU he picked is CX750. CX series are Tier three. You can see it in the PSU tier list thread you have provided. PSU I recommended is good quality PSU made by seasonics OEM which is in tier 2

There are plenty of user reviews on the internet.. many video on youtube etc.. I'm not saying that define R4 is bad, totally opposite but arc midi R2 has a slight advantage for me

Review and most full towers are great for air cooling.

Also is noctua nh-d15 better than the Coolmaster? I've seen the coolmaster in a ton of builds...

It makes sense that a full tower would have better airflow, but the case you suggested - Arc midi R2 - is also a midtower like the one I had first put?

Yes Arc midi R2 is also a mid tower. Noctua nh-d15 is the best aircooler you can find on the market. Coolermasters hyper evo 212 is the best cooler for the price up to 80$
