have you tried to boot whithout anything installed, except a single ram, and cpu on the motherboard? Is there a beep sound when you try to boot?

like what i7 baby said, try to find some spare parts to temporarily swap, try to borrow a stick of ram (one that is installed in a working system so that were sure it wont be the problem). Then using that only stick of ram try to boot. if still not good, switch ram slots and try again. You should also try to use the video output from the motherboard, do not install the video card yet untill, we confirm that mobo, CPU and Ram are working correctly oh and PSU. BTW you didnt answer me if there was a beep after you try to boot
