ive upgraded my pc about 4 months ago...everything was running fine but after a new setup of windows,the physical memory dump took place and it occured sometimes for example:while running a game i played it for an hour and suddenly the screen goes blue and pc restarts instantly...ive been facing this problem for about 7 days....please help

What makes you think its a physical memory dump?
You sure don't mean you get a dump file? With a BSoD error?
Try starting in Safe Mode (F8) and diabling automatic restart on failure - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode#1TC=windows-7
