Wattage wise, yes. Quality wise, not recommended. The PSU uses cheap capacitors which melt even on slightly high load. I'd instead go for 550W or higher XFX/ SeaSonic/EVGA/ Antec if using Intel CPU or 600W or higher of the same brands if using AMD. If you already have that PSU, then it'll most likely handle until you OC the GPU or CPU as then it might fail.
